What is a scenario for violating a child custody order?

i have had primary 70/30 custody of my 2 daughters for 1 yr with the former signifigant other not paying child support or court ordered allimony..i had a prescription addiction that i developed and entered into a program due to recognizing a problem. i therefoer sent my daughters to therye dads so that i could pursue treatment. i was discharged early due to specialists deeming that my addiction waqs more of a temporary abuse than a recognized addiction. during this time the father filed modification papers for custody changes and i have not seen my daughters in 3 weeks due to theyre father not allowing commmunication. and we have a mediation app. for a hearing on potential custody changes . what should i do? what can i expect?
