How to play online with cfw 5.50 gen-d?

I'm on CFW 5.50 GEN-D and I can't acces the PSN store or play online saying I need a system software update. What can I do to play Socom Fire team bravo 3, or any other games, they're ISO's btw, is there a CFW that can do this? Or pssibly a plugin? IF there is, can you link me to a tutorial? OR give the steps right here?
