Does anybody know if they will continue Girls Bravo?

That's pretty unlikely. The last episode aired in 2005 and that's also when the manga ended, and it's not like it was ever super popular or anything. If there was going to be any more, it would have happened by now. But there haven't even been any rumors about a continuation, let alone any info from a reliable source.
