How do a use the computer less and go out more?

Make planz to go on a picnic with everybody of jst ur bf when ur both free, instead of being on the computer during your free time at work, try reading, drawing, a puzzle or play some relaxing music and just clean around your office. Hay if guy is busy, no pressure, make plans with some girlfriends or give a family member a call just to say hi or even call a friend you havent seen in awhile. Home alone? No plans? He's Buzy? walk in the park, go to the gym for a while or clean your house or something.
