Asking again: how do i get rid of a forum addiction?

I know how they can be addictive really, the mere fact that your reason is valid will make you not want to go to that forum again. And without matured people existing there so what is there a need to keep going back to that forum..this is just a big reason...so, get out before you get poisoned...
