I have a LDV convoy and when you press the clutch in when driving it vibrates and when you change into 2nd?

gear it makes like a vibrating noise and you can feel it through the floor the same happens when you change in to 3rd gear at 20mph (its just had a new clutch and flywheel) and it made the same noise when turning the engine off when i got home any help cheers
