What Country came to our aid when Hurricane Katrina hit.?

August 28th, 2005 A megna Hurricane hits Louisiana and Mississippi killing over 1,079 people in new orleans and 231 in Mississippi. 75,000 made it to the superdome only to wate tillSept.2 for Red Cross and Military convoys to arrive with relief. The President ( Bush) did not come until days later. My Q. is what Country (if any), Came to help the USA at that time.
