US Army Half track and convoy in India's deadliest mountain roads?

I've always asked myself these questions: Can a US Army Half Track from World War 2 survive the roads of the mountains in India like IRT deadliest roads? Also I created this type of convoy of myself if I was in World War 2 in India for example: I have 2,000 infantry under my command, 4 Army trucks, 3 Half tracks, 1 Jeep, and 3 Sherman Tanks. Can they survive the mountains of India just like IRT Deadliest Roads?
