Should Drug Dealers Responsible For Drug Related Deaths Be Charged With Murder?

These people are parasites who feed off of the addictions of others and use those addictions to enrich themselves. That said should drug dealers who are responsible for drug related deaths be charged with murder being as how they supplied the substance that ultimately lead to an accidental overdose?
