MILITARY WIVES WITH HUSBANDS DEPLOYED HELP!!!!!!?

Alright heres the situation.im in the Marines and im planing on getting married when i come back from this deployment in afghanistan sometime around september. im only out here for 7 months and im a P.O.G. so im not a grunt. but my fiancee no matter how hard i try to explain to her that i just have a suport role cuz i work at the military post office and just go on convoys to small bases to other Marines to deliever there mail and if they have boxes to mail off to families or freinds i put stamps on there stuff and take it back with me to be mailed to the states. well my fiancee was doing fine with this but still worried about me. then five days ago i guess from what she tells me is that she read on facebook that one of her freinds husbands died out here. and then i guess thats where the problems started because she thought of me. she has severe insomnia like she cant sleep at all. only about a hour at the most and the rest just laying there thinking about random stuff. this has been going on for about 5 days now. shes already kind of dizzy and from lack of sleep. i tell her im safe and fine and i guess thats not enough. shes going to see a doctor either tomorrow or the next day but i was thinking maybe if she talked to other military wives or wives that went through the same ordeal or something simular maybe she can learn of something to deal with it better idk. im worried and i love the **** out of her but theres not really much i can do over here besides praying and hoping for the best. so maybe you guys got advice she can try to help ease her mind,or something that you did that help you sleep. maybe a website that she can go on and talk to other women with the same problems and try to cope with it.
