Is she mad because i didnt discuss with her before or because she's pregnant she knew what she's getting into?

I'm an Air Force girlfriend, for a few years now, so I kinda understand your situation. If you didn't even discuss going on another tour with her, then she has every right to be mad; it is extremely stressful for us to be home having no idea what's going on over there. But if she is just plain upset at you for not being home and you discussed this with her, then she shouldn't have even gotten into a relationship with you because she obviously wasn't ready.
