I constantly think about food. I just want to eat all the time and everything sounds delicious. If I pass up a meal I feel guilty about it later and obsess over it. I'm not disgusted with myself nor do I purge. Im just wondering if it's unhealthy for me to eat too much. I only weigh 95 lbs, and as much as I eat I don't gain 1 lb. If anything I will lose a pound or 2. I don't get it. Do I have an eating disorder? Or do I just love food?
