I had a very graphic dream of my own death?

I am 16 now and since I am not that well off I was planning to join the marines and last night I had a dream where it was 2016 and I was in a marine convoy moving along some road in a rundown middle eastern looking place and it was 7:23 pm. then all of a sudden we were ambushed and my squad went through some alley ways we walked out of the alley way and into another street and a sniper shot the guy next to me we all took cover. the guy who was shot was starting to cry and call for help and I could see other people with ak-47s coming down the street I got up shot and killed two of them and ran over to my squad mate who was down I started dragging him back into the alley way but the sniper who shot him shot me in the upper left part of my chest and I fell to the ground and tried to stop the bleeding but nothing would work the rest of the squad come over to us and dropped smoke grenades. I was dragged into the alley way and someone was trying to patch me up but he kept saying that it hit an artery and he couldn't stop the bleeding. I just sat there until everything went black and then I woke up. should I be worried about this? I haven't watched any war movies or played any war games in weeks.
