Do I have a music addiction? Or what?

This might sound really dumb but music gets in the way of everything for me. I love music and all of my hobbies are musical ones but my biggest one seems to be just listening to music. It stops me from doing anything else either creative or just watching TV for example because I can't turn it off. I just end up browsing the internet for random crap to read and doing things like asking this question. It is really bothersome however. I also get really anxious.
