Can someone translate this Shakespeare quote for me?

The person who is a coward and will not engage in this battle with us--to that person we will give papers so that he can leave and money so that he can get out. We would not fight a battle--in which we may lose our lives--in the company of a person who is afraid to perish along side of us as we perish.
